there is this superstitious belief which says that when you take a photo of your pet, he/she will be gone (either dead or just gone). we have this little puppy in our house and i tend not to take his pic just so i believe to the superstition.
but then, he became sick. maybe because he wasn't immunized yet. we were nervous about it considering our experiences with our past puppies which are all now six-feet-below-the-ground. we decided to take him to the animal hospital and was lucky to be cured there. He was so pale and he had this worm which sucked his blood resulting him not to have a little blood at all. He needed to be confined in the said hospital for a day. Fortunately, the next day, we were able to get him home and the bill (as what weve been expecting will zoom up to a not-so-friendly-in-the-pocket bill) was not that what we have been expecting to pay.
when i called the hospital before taking our puppy, i was just so happy when the vet told me that Jay (his name) can now be discharged. :D i can't understand the feeling considering that it was just a dog.
How much more if you can take back home a cured and healed person? ehem.
Just so, i didnt believe in the superstition. ill just post Clarky here. heheh i don't have a photo of Jay, just yet. ;)
